Submission doesn't start when you kneel. It starts when you stop hiding what you do when no one's around to catch you. This page is where you write it down - for me, or just for yourself.

I'm not looking for drama. I'm looking for the mundane, honest habits you keep repeating. The versions of yourself you thought you'd outgrown but haven't. Write them. Own them. Then move forward.

House Rules · Confession

1. Three patterns. Describe three recurring behaviours or thought loops you can't seem to shake. Be specific. 'I procrastinate' is weak. 'I tell myself I'll work out in the morning and then scroll social media until I have to rush to work' is real.
2. No victim stories. Don't blame others for the patterns. These are yours. Acknowledge them without justification or self-pity.
3. Include the cost. For each pattern, note what it's actually costing you: time, respect, progress, self-trust. Make it concrete.
4. Email if you're ready to be accountable. If you send this to me, you're asking to be held to what you've written. Don't confess unless you're prepared to act.
