2. No heroic edits. Don't soften the language to look better. You're not writing a CV; you're writing a confession of pattern.
3. One page, one focus. Pick one recurring failure of control and stay with it. Don't hide it inside a list of issues.
4. If you email, commit to detail. If you contact me from this page, your message subject should include 'Crack in my armour', and your first paragraph should describe that one pattern without excuses.
